Are you a fast or slow caffeine metaboliser?

Why does coffee keep some people up all night and barely touch others?

What the science says

A common variant near the CYP1A2 gene is associated, in well-replicated studies, with how quickly the liver clears caffeine. It is one well-studied input among many: sleep, tolerance, dose and other genes all matter.

What Aimosti would show you

Aimosti reads the CYP1A2 lead variant in the whole-genome file you already own and restates the GWAS Catalog association on two separate axes (how strong the evidence is, and how large the effect is), never collapsed into a single "score".

What we won't claim

We won't tell you how much coffee to drink, call this a diagnosis, or pretend one variant decides your caffeine response. It's one well-replicated input, framed as such.
